GoutBye: Gout Tracker, made by Ranklore Pte Ltd, Singapore
Contact us. For help with the app, a problem, feedback, or a question about your data, email hello@ranklore.ai. Tell us your phone model and what happened, and we will reply by email.
Medical questions: we cannot give medical advice. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency call 995.
Where is my diary kept?
Only on your phone, inside the app. There is no account, so we cannot see it or recover it for you.
How do I move my diary to a new phone?
In the app, open Me, then My data, and tap Save a backup. Keep the file somewhere safe (for example Files or your email). On the new phone, install GoutBye, open Me, then My data, and tap Restore a backup.
How do reminders work?
GoutBye shows the doses due today on the Today page and in the Pharmacy. For phone alerts, make a reminder calendar file in the app (Pharmacy, Reminders, or Water reminders) and add it to your phone's calendar: on iPhone, open the file from Files or Mail and tap Add to Calendar; on Android, open it with Google Calendar or import it at calendar.google.com on a computer. Pop-up notifications inside GoutBye are available only where your browser supports them.
How do I delete my data?
Open Me, then My data, and tap Delete all my data. Deleting the app also removes its data from your phone. Backups, PDFs or CSV files you saved elsewhere stay where you put them.
Why does the eat-out map ask for my location?
Only to centre the map near you and sort places by distance. It is optional: you can search a place instead. See the privacy notice for how map tiles are loaded.
